Each competition will be divided into age groups (18-29; 30-34 …) for each category (men/women and mixed). You can choose all competitions (both individual and as a team), but always in the same age group. For events in team will compete in only one age group that will be determined by the age of the youngest member. Will apply the rules laid down by the IAAF.
The final confirmation of participation must be given by the athlete within one hour before the
event to TIC, where the athlete will receive one bib.
Each athlete shall be provided with one bib which, during the competition, shall be worn on the
breast, except in the jumping events, where the bib may be worn on the breast or back.
Personal implements must be presented to TIC within 60 minutes before the event for checking.
Personal implements shall be marked as approved and made available to all athletes.
The Technical Information Centre (TIC) is the point of reference for technical and other matters
relating to the competition.
Athletes must be present in the Call Room:
• 20 minutes before for running events
• 30 minutes before for field events
• 40 minutes before for high jumps
• 50 minutes before for pole vault
Athletes can compete to a maximum of 5 events. Decathlon athletes can only compete for this
event. In the races, the best series will compete after. In the field events, when it’s necessary to
organize more groups (approximative more than 22 athletes), the best group will compete after.

Protests and Appeals
Protests concerning the result or the conduct of an event shall be made, within 30 minutes of the
official announcement of the result of that event, orally to the Referee.
An appeal to the Jury of Appeal must be made to the TIC, within 30 minutes, in writing,
accompanied by a deposit of Euro 100, which will be forfeited if the appeal is not allowed.
The first three athletes of each category will receive a medal.
